Console’s Execution API grants users the capability to issue API commands for the seamless execution of transactions within the Console ecosystem and comes in as a plug-and-play solution for teams, users, and funds hosting their own DeFi workflows.

Console’s API extends beyond basic transactions, empowering users to provide detailed instructions for the execution of both simple and multi-call operations. This includes advanced actions like triggering the auto-close of an open position, offering unparalleled control over deployed strategies.

The API enhances security measures by allowing users to designate a Console owner key as a live signer. This unique feature enables users to streamline transactions through a single sign via the API, optimising efficiency. Alternatively, as an amplified security measure, users have the option to mandate a counter manual signature, as an additional layer of authentication. This dual-signing flexibility ensures a tailored approach to security based on individual/team preferences.

Moreover, Console’s Execution API is designed to overcome inefficiencies in fund delegation and mult-sig execution, recognising the latency that comes with execution on Safes. The existing model relies on multi-sig consensus among operators and owners, a process prone to slow execution and particularly impractical for high-frequency executions.

The current asynchronous nature of multi-sig transactions poses a significant drawback to programmatic execution through APIs. By introducing a new class of users, with an “executor” role, the Console API allows for the programmatic execution of Sub-Accounts operations, given the set policies per Sub-Account are verified and stand valid at the time of execution.

At present, Console’s API is under development and testing. Fund Managers, Teams, and DAOs are invited to experience the functionality and list custom requirements directly to the team. In this case, we would like to express your interest via the live chat. A team member will be assigned to respond to your query right away.
